An advocate for the most vulnerable populations first, Shiretta D. Warren, LCSW-C, has served as a clinically licensed social worker in long-term care for nearly 20 years. She has spent the last decade as a Director of Social Services, redeveloping organizations to become deficient-free in annual surveys. Sovereign Consulting Group, LLC, was born out of her passion to serve. SCG leads rising social workers and social services departments to sound structure – providing supervision and facility consultation – equipping them to deliver products and services more efficiently to meet the needs of their communities.
I have passion for training, supervising, educating and mentoring the next generation of social workers. I believe social work is one of the most rewarding fields, but also one of the most challenging workforces. What I enjoy most is the diversity and hunger from new social workers I come across. In their eyes you see, “I will save the world.” My desire is to keep fanning the flame and their motivation to serve despite obstacles and defeat that will come their way.
