Providing social work supervision and nursing home consultation.
Shiretta Denise Warren, LCSW-C
“My professional philosophy is to help those in need and this goes beyond the residents I serve,” says Shiretta D. Warren, LCSW-C, founder of Sovereign Consulting Group, LLC, “but also fellow social workers and nursing facilities.”
An advocate for the most vulnerable populations first, Shiretta D. Warren, LCSW-C, has served as a clinically licensed social worker in long-term care for nearly 20 years. She has spent the last decade as a Director of Social Services, redeveloping organizations to become deficient-free in annual surveys. Sovereign Consulting Group, LLC, was born out of her passion to serve. SCG leads rising social workers and social services departments to sound structure – providing supervision and facility consultation – equipping them to deliver products and services more efficiently to meet the needs of their communities.
I have passion for training, supervising, educating and mentoring the next generation of social workers. I believe social work is one of the most rewarding fields, but also one of the most challenging workforces. What I enjoy most is the diversity and hunger from new social workers I come across. In their eyes you see, “I will save the world.” My desire is to keep fanning the flame and their motivation to serve despite obstacles and defeat that will come their way.
Why Sovereign Consulting Group?
Sovereign Consulting Group (SCG) leads rising social workers and social services departments to sound structure – providing supervision and facility consultation – equipping them to deliver products and services more efficiently to meet the needs of their communities. SCG has a proven track record for redeveloping organizations to become deficient-free in annual surveys leveraging our 5-Step Sovereign Model.
Many social services departments can close these gaps quickly with a short-term solution. Our goal is to implement long term solutions, which are often linked to the maturity of your department and its processes, by assessing 4 critical areas against our Sovereign Organization Maturity Model. These 4 critical areas are: people, process, data and technologies. We will access your readiness and capability to sustain deficient-free annual surveys as well as identify any external impediments that may prevent you from maturing in certain areas.
We believe in the field of social work, you never stop learning and growing as an individual and professional. We believe in developing Champions through our Sovereign Champion Program. The Sovereign Champion Program is designed to enable individuals to be champions of our process well after our work is done. We believe through this program it provides the best opportunity to plant seeds and grow…for both parties. By building champions, you hold people accountable and it provides a safe place to hone in on your strengths and weaknesses. It is a place where it is OK to be wrong, learn, and develop new tools.
Our Program is a great place to not only invest in your team but in your department.
